UIndy alumna Linda Dillman has been named a senior vice president of Global Information Technology for HP, the world’s largest technology company.
Dillman, Class of 1976, received the university’s Distinguished Alumni Award in 2004 and served on the Board of Trustees from 2005 to 2009.
At HP, formerly known as Hewlett-Packard, she will lead the IT teams responsible for the company’s outsourcing services business and a newly created group supporting global functions such as corporate administration and shared services, finance, global real estate and human resources. She previously served as executive vice president of benefits and risk management for Wal-Mart Stores Inc. She was named one of Fortune’s 50 Most Powerful Women in Business each year from 2003 to 2007.
